Any user found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts permanently closed and all balances voided without recourse.
All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — must be accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to notify apkwin immediately if any of your account information changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify apkwin support immediately via live chat or email. apkwin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
apkwin operates under an internationally issued gaming licence and is legally required to verify the identity of all users. Before processing your first withdrawal, we will request the following documents:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours during WIB business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). You warrant that all funds deposited into your apkwin account originate from a legitimate source and that you have full legal entitlement to those funds. apkwin reserves the right to request proof of the source of deposited funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and funds being returned to the source account.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 may require additional security review and take up to 48 hours to process.
apkwin does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month incur a processing fee of Rp 15.000 per transaction. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply additional charges; apkwin is not responsible for third-party fees.
apkwin offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiry dates. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotional offer page and must be read carefully before you opt in.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×). This means you must wager the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount (as specified in the bonus terms) a certain number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place a cumulative total of Rp 3.000.000 in eligible wagers before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
apkwin reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel wagers, and confiscate winnings if we determine that you have abused or attempted to abuse any promotional offer. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, exploiting software errors or pricing discrepancies, placing opposite bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players.
apkwin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at our sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your account history, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. If a bet is placed in error due to a technical fault on our platform, apkwin will void the bet and return the stake to your account.
Sportsbook bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body at the conclusion of the event. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, apkwin's decision is final.
If a sports event is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or abandoned before completion, all wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned — unless the specific market has already been determined (e.g., "First Goal Scorer" in a football match that was abandoned after the first goal). Casino game rounds interrupted by technical failure are handled according to the game provider's malfunction policy, typically resulting in a voided round and stake refund.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which apkwin is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the apkwin platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, with the seat of arbitration to be determined by apkwin. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
